I've just finished my DB and want to test it out with my average sounding home mini-system. Is there a cheap way to power it up (30 watts or so) so I can at least hear my handi-work, while I save up. It's got a MTX 4 ohm in it. I saw parts express has a $150 sub amp but in Canadian $$$ that's like $300 eh. Thanks..catch ya later

My GF had a 50 watt stereo amp from her home system that we never really used, so I pilfered it and use it to power my DB. So, you could cruise the second hand shops like CashConverters or local pawnshops for old amps or recievers in the 30-50 watt range for not too much until you save up for a real sub amp.
