Title: Storefront final closeout items
Post by Randy in Caintuck on 03/19/18 at 18:14:13

I was going through some boxes a few days ago and found some things that were left over from when I closed the Caintuck Audio storefront.

I would like to move them at some seriously discounted prices .....

All items are in original unopened packaging ..... there is only one of each item listed ..... first come, first served.

I have listed the current retail prices and my asking prices.

Final update .....

Everything has been sold except the following :

Onkyo TX-8020 FM/AM receiver
Built in phono preamp
Subwwofer output
Remote control w/volume control
Retail - 169.00
Asking - 100.00 + shipping

This component originally retailed for 199.00 ..... but I found it on a couple of places online for 169.00.

It really does sound surprisingly good and would be great for a second or bedroom system.

The fact that it has a built in phono pre that doesn't sound too shabby, a subwoofer out and a remote volume control makes it a very user friendly and convenient way to power speakers.

Does it sound as good as a SE84UFO ?

Not in this universe .....

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the sound ..... especially considering the price.

For those who are currently eating beans and rice and Ramen noodles everyday but still need a music fix, this receiver and a pair of Betsy baffles will do the trick. You can continue to save your pennies and upgrade to a SE84UFO in the future and have a crazy good sounding audio system .....

Happy listening,
Randy
