The Freya+ is an amazing yet inexpensive balanced preamp that gives you selectable differential tube goodness, differential buffer, or passive play. 128-Step Relay-Switched Volume with remote control.
Now, this may not provide as pristine a sound as the Decware ZTPRE, but it is certainly good enough while you're on the waiting list. And, it can also double as a ZBIT stand-in, allowing you to go balanced XLR out of your DAC into the Freya+, then single-ended RCA out to the amp.
This unit was in my second system and has less than 400 hours on it. The Schiit tubes have 200 hours on them.
I'll also include a matched quad of NOS Sylvania GTB 6SN7s, two unused, two with 200 hours for an additional $100.
