Title: New cellist in UltraAnalogue Recordings! Post by Ed Pong on 06/28/24 at 21:48:43 Last weekend was my 1st concert recordings of cellist Hayoung Choi. She won the Queen Elisabeth Comp 2 years ago & her career is rising very fast. We recorded an astounding Haydn Cello Concerto No.1 in C along with the Schubert Arpeggione Sonata and some Chopin. She's very young but her musicality is unbelievable. The cello sound is likely the best I've ever heard or recorded... the textures of the cello are so gorgeous.
