$150 - Selling off a pair of Eminence Alpha 15a woofers. These have been used with a pair of Lii Fast15s and with Linkwitz Orions, and various other speakers. I found them incredibly interesting when placed to the left and right of the listening position so the listener is in the null space. Together with main speakers and a lower volume they help throw a soundstage that is insane. Roger Waters’ Q-Sound masterpiece, Amused to Death already has impressive soundscapes but with these woofers to my left and right images moved beyond the room. More than one listener looked across my room to see if someone was talking in the next room which was across the foyer and over 20ft away. Setting them up this way is very fun!! They can also be used conventionally. I never got around to building something interesting for them.
$400 new, unused pair if Tangband W4-1879 full range 4inchers. I pulled them out of the box to test them. I never got around to actually using them. I wanted to build an interesting bookshelf design that utilized a soundboard, like a piano. I may still get to that someday, but not in the immediate future, sadly.
