Title: Decware Customer Feedback Post by Dominick on 04/27/25 at 04:44:28 We already know how amazing Steve and his entire staff are, but I just want to share a recent experience where they went above and beyond, just because they truly care about their customers and their products. I had been experiencing a humming noise coming through the headphone jack of my CSP2+. Then it abruptly stopped playing music through my speakers. I sent the unit back to Decware to diagnose the issue, and perform a warranty transfer. Having a before and after conversation with Steve was enlightening, and he made me realize that my Grado headphones were not a good match for my CSP. What really blew my mind was what Decware did to my surprise when I unboxed my unit. Steve had refreshed my weathered and nicked up walnut base. He filled in all the nicks and cracks in the wood, sanded and refinished the topcoat, refreshed wooden control knob, and also cleaned the stepped attenuator where the clicks are now more pronounced. The unit looks great!! I just want to thank Steve for not only helping me diagnose the issues I was having, but to also to send my appreciation to a company that truly puts their customers first by going above and beyond. This part of the reason why I own 9 pieces of Decware gear, and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you again Steve!! Dominick |
