that SAL looks like the best one for the money, if you want to use the 12s first to see, then build the HWK15, and put in 12" baffles insted so you can change later. This would retain the original intended tuning of the enclosure and give you a fairly good idea of what you will have in the end.
high power handling is a very good thing in this enclosure. while not as efficient, the bandpass design and airspring of this box are a boon to the control of the motor over the cone. within the tuning of the enclosure you can power the drivers over thier rated power, right to the thermal limits of the coils. This is the loud solution, for real, read up on some of the other HWK threads to see the absolutely gonzo power some people have been powering this with.
id go with the SAL though, as adrian d stated earlier, first hand knowledge is often far superior to anything else. A good reference is usually a good reference. thankfully this enclosure, built correctly, seems fairly forgiving of most drivers, so you could try most anything.
