http://sonicelectronix.com/item_6523_Hifonics+BXi+2006D.htmland the tc sub site says "Small Sealed: 0.3 cubic feet
Large Sealed 0.6 cubic feet
Ported:
0.5-0.6 cubic feet with a single 10" or 12" PR
(don't try and port this any other way, it just wont work right unless you want peaky SPL bass.)"
does that mean it won't work in a WO?
and it's SPL is 83! isn't that really low?
there's a guy on ca.com(caraudio.com) selling his IncriminatorAudio 20.1's for $325 each. I'd rather have that than the hifonics ANY DAY.
the TC's would work once you factor in driver displacment, you may drop in some 2x4 to fill in any extra airspace though. The DD would work, there's even lower series that can take the abuse. I run DD in my SPL setups, just in regular ported boxes.
post a worklog, this ought to be good.
