Right now, this very jazzy recording from Aretha Franklin, "Oh Yeah," via the new Jazz Connoisseur cd from Legacy Recordings (Sony)--this edition includes transfers of both the original tape and the crowd overdubbed tape.

Cryo'd 6N1P now replaced the Amperex ECC189 in my Torii Mk III. With the ZROCK2 I can make this tube complement work wonderfully as well.

Stealing a little headphone time while my lady and my lady dog sleep in. Love this four cd set featuring a four hundred year old cello--it has two cds using a modern piano, the cello with steel strings, and modern interpretation, and two cds using period forte pianos--four different ones--and gut strings on the cello with the interpretations being more "period." I've loved these Beethoven pieces for years, they are favorites of my Dad's and I've heard many different performances.

He served as Director from 1981 to 2008. The fourth CD of this set are some of Neil's compositions performed since his retirement... All the tunes were written by and/or arranged by Neil Slater. A wonderful set...

Next up...the film "Holiday Inn" from 1942 on TCM at 7:30. I first noticed that my ZROCK II was in testing on December 22nd. It's still in testing, should move to shipping soon I would think.

Mine was in testing a few week and packed a week then shipped. It's good that they were using it a few weeks, made it sound so good when it arrived.

Decware has been closed for two weeks I think. Probably yours will be on its way soon.

No music for me this morning, I've caught up with a few shows on headphones while my girls sleep. . . and now it's on to starting the spaghetti sauce to cook all day. Yum.

Ah Spaghetti Sauce...another friend of mine was doing the same yesterday. I am waiting on a Ham Bone from my Mom before starting some soup...probably sometime this week.

On the ZROCK...I'm not complaining, I'm not even all that anxious. I was with my first Decware gear..the Taboo MK III but once I had Music while I waited, I didn't mind. My HR-1s were ordered about the time Zigi had a Heart Attack so I think it was over 6 months...maybe more than 8 months, before they arrived. I was just happy Zigi was doing well.

I knew you weren't complaining. We have gotten used to the wait, and we have great sound while we're waiting.

I waited the longest for my ERR and HR-1s but than other products but they were worth the wait!

Spaghetti is cooking and I guess it will be a day of Lucy's TV shows. That's okay. I'll have all week to listen starting tomorrow.
