I thought I saw your ZROCK2 with a gold knob listed on the build list. Sorry you didn't get the one you want. I have ebony knobs on my ZBITs, ZROCK2 and Taboo Mk IV--I love the feel of the ebony, surprised me the first time I got one.

Looks as if you're having fun with the ZROCK2. I generally have mine about 1 o'clock on EQA and do a little adjusting here and there from there with cds that need attention. I use B rarely but when I need it it's a great option.

Right now no ZROCK2 in the path as I'm using headphones. . . .

PS: I know you know about breakin of Decware products. What surprised me about the Jupiter Type 2 copper foil caps is how their breakin was a steady increase in transparency. . . they sound good from the start and just become clearer and clearer, out of the way.

There are black lines on the volume controls of the Monoblocks that really help with adjustments., that I assume the prior owner painted.

On my ebony knobs the set screw that anchors the knob is at the center, bypass position and gives me an indicator of where I am in the EQ scale.
