There is something about this that is very familiar. I grew listening to the church choir and the harmonies in this album are very simular. I can't recommend this album enough. Fight your country music bios and listen with an open mind and maybe you might enjoy it too.

Though I have the 6 cd Deluxe version, I also bought the single cd which I am listening to now. A fascinating alternate version of the album--all tracks are either just Bob or Bob with Tony Brown on bass guitar. Sound is wonderful (and the speed is correct, not speeded up like the original album material).
