Reply #2251 - 02/04/13 at 15:09:54 Well although I have many great sounding classical CDs, I find that classical music can sound stupendous on SACD. I mostly buy that musical genre in SACD. Though I'm not always a big fan of Telarc sound, this one is great music and well-recorded; the SACD sounds amazing.

So much of Clapton's and Allman's stuff is just terribly recorded, but still enthralling for me.

Yes, me too, the music is what counts. It's just that Charly doesn't really do great mastering work. . .and they could do better. But these albums are really only on digital easily available from Charly. Right now CD single with unreleased otherwise b-side "12 Bar with Horns"

Lon, I did not know of Moshi Too, but I previewed a little at the iTunes Store, and decided to add it to the collection. Ordered the CD.
