Scaling wo32 for metric country

G'day Guys. I am friends with DaveS in Australia and about to build a WO32 using Vifa PL26WR09-08 Drivers. Qts=0.39 Fs=27
In Australia I can't get 3/4 inch MDF (19.05mm), closest is 18mm. Does the box need to be modified to take this into account. Works out that the throat of the box will be up to 4 mm wider than original design.
Also curious as to how Steve's DHM108B Driver works in the WO32 as Qts=0.68 and Fs=40.8hz. After reading most of the forum the Qts seems to be high. If using this driver how low will the box/driver combo go?
Cheers Andrew

Andrew, speaking only for the mdf-18mm is close enough to 19mm that you should not be concerned (19mm is 3/4inch). It quite often arrives in my cabinet shop slightly off dimension and we adjust our cutting/routing to make joinery tight. Response characteristic vis-a-vis density is minimally affected also. MDF is a range of density even within a certain claimed performance and sometimes we can tell that it is softer or harder batch to batch.

Andrew,
If you follow the lay out lines, your throat should be exactly the same as if you were using 3/4" MDF. It will how ever make the sealed side of the cabinet just a bit bigger which in this case, won't hurt a thing.
Mike, I didn't know you had a cabinet shop. Interesting.

Thanks BobZ.
Any idea how DHM108B sounds in the WO32? Does the High Fs mean the box wont play super low or does the box compensate for this?
Thanks for your help. I'll Upload photos in a month or so when the box is built. Cutting timber on 4/7
Cheers Andrew

Sorry Andrew, we ship the WO32 with the DHM108, I can't remember what the measurements were, I know it sounds good, that's what I have in my WO32.
