Power cords for digital equipment matter
10/31/20 at 12:07:45

I've had a very good ZenWave PL14 power cord hooked up to my ZDAC2 for several years producing excellent sound. This DAC used in combination with my TEAC CD transport and Lonely Raven music PC.

Last night I substituted a Triode Wire Labs high powered digital American power cord into the equation. Picked this cord from a wonderful Audiogon member last week. Wow, this cord provides exceptional detail, depth and added weight to CD's played through the ZDAC2. Highly recommended for folks looking to extract additional realism from their digital chain.

I'll be trying the cord out with my MWI modded Cambridge CXN V2 streamer/DAC when it arrives, hopefully late next week.
