5C3S from Decware (Read 5180 times)

I don’t see them listed in the tubes he offers for sale. Are these available upon request, and if so, how much are they?

5C3S = 5U3C = 5U4, which Steve is still listing under his tube offerings. IIRC there was a thread recently where Steve said he couldn't get 5U4s he liked so he switched to the 5C3S. My experience is that they're all roughly equivalent, just different flavors. I love the fact that so many of the 5XXX rectifiers can be used in the same amps.
