So I gave it a shot to make the SE84C portable. Wish they were a little smaller but I think they will work. They are 3.5" wide, 3" tall and 10" deep. The output transformer was a little bigger than I though it would be and it made it challenging to make everything fit. I started with mono boards that Steve sells. These are nice boards that make it easier to build these amps. I am running these on the Tiny Radials I made a few months back. They actually have plenty of power to run them. They really opened up when I replaced the 100K pots with stepped 30K volume controls I had laying around from a previous project. I was getting a weird distortion out of the 100K pots turned half way up. It was fun making these. I had a chance to use the CNC on aluminum. This being the first time on metal, always used it on wood.
