It's difficult to tell from the pix on this site and on the Caintuck site but since these speakers are not on stands would they benefit from a slight back tilt - say ~5 degrees from perpendicular?

Thank you for this.  The link was immensely helpful.  A couple of things come to mind immediately:

- my inclination (as noted in one post in the thread) would be to angle the face of the plinth/base that the baffle attaches to with a mild angle (say approx 7 degrees) and then adjust with supports from there.

- with the baffle tilted back, it would seem that the feet/supports on the front become redundant.

On another front, if the intention is that the baffle is attached to the plinth/base permanently, why not use dowels and glue?  If it is to be removable when needed, machine screws and threaded inserts in the base might be a better long term solution (just don''t glue the button covers in place  ;)
