looking at Lii drivers, are Lii Song and Lii audio the same company?

Yes. Lii Audio changed its name to Lii Song.

Negative. Lii Audio is the original company . Lii Song is a business sprout off of the original designer and company. Original Lii Audio drivers will have the morning glory stencil stamp on speaker.

I don’t claim any special authority, I’m going by what Steve says on the Lii speaker page:

He also refers to “Lii Song/Lii Audio” in several posts. But there may very well be more going on.
