Torii Jr V3 (Read 1793 times)

markv Senior Member Offline Posts: 62 Troy, MI	Torii Jr V3 01/24/25 at 00:50:37 Steve - I was just reviewing the customer amp list and noticed that the Torii Jr is listed as V3 for all orders. The product page and forums only mention Torii Jr V2. Has there been a recent update to the Torii Jr? If so, what improvements have been made. I guess V2 came out in Dec 2020 so maybe it's time for an update. Mark

I was told on the phone that all shipped Torii Jr's will be V3. It was mentioned that rev changes possibly would include silk screening and maybe a fuse holder change? but to contact Steve for exact details.

I made some changes to the amplifier... I moved the internal rectifier fuses to be external fuses located on the rear of the plate.

This has also been done to the Zen Mystery Amp. Also I have switched to stainless steel, which is heavier and non-magnetic because the price difference got so close I thought why not. Also I silk screened the amp, which will help all of us, but especially those new to tubes.

Other than that the amplifier has not changed.
