REPAIRS
If
you have one of our electronic components that needs repair you're
in good hands. The process is fast and effective. You might
save yourself some time by calling us to try to trouble shoot by
phone first. It is surprising how many times an amplifier
(for example) will come back for service and have absolutely nothing
wrong with it! Remember, first rule with tube gear is if you're
having a problem, check the tubes. Failure rate of Decware amplifiers
from year to year is less than 1 percent.
MODIFICATIONS
If
you want custom modifications done to any of our products please
call first and discuss it with us. Many things you read on
the Web sound like good ideas but may not be ideal for your amp.
We're not going to take your money making modifications to
our products unless the modifications make sense.
REVISIONS
If
you send a product in and there has been any revisions to it, they
will be automatically applied at no cost even if you purchases it
second hand.
UPGRADES
If
there is a specific upgrade for your model that you would like implemented
just fill out the RA form on this page and include it with your
product.
WARRANTY
All
Decware amplifiers come with a lifetime warranty to the original
owner. If you purchased something used, we do not charge to
go through it and test it out for you. If repairs are required the
costs are always minimal.
