NOTES:

The next step is to install the power transformer. This is done from the top of the chassis. Pull the wires through the pre-punched holes as shown. The machines screws are 8x32 threads and should be 3/8" long.

NOTES:

The SE84C and SE84CS amps use a different power transformer than shown. The unit shown is a Hammond. We now make our own. Our transformers are wired with the primary (AC line) on one side, and all the secondaries on the other. If you have this transformer, orient it so that the black primary wires are facing the rear of the amplifier. This design was implemented to clean up the layout a bit more.
