NOTES:

You may have already done this, but the output leads from the output transformers need to be twisted and terminated to the output jacks as shown. Black in ground, blue is positive.

Note: This amplifier is designed with floating outputs that do not reference ground or the chassis in any way. No damage will result from doing it the more conventional way and grounding the negative output jack to the chassis, but if you do, you'll defeat the purity of the single point ground of this circuit.
